The ZINIPI LOFT was designed as the living solution in modular construction. In the course of the "Tiny House" movement, it offers the most flexible solutions. Whether as a one-room solution with 17 m² or a multi-room solution with 35, 54, 72, ... m², there are no limits.
We realise living spaces with Holz100 for singles, couples and families who value sustainable building, a healthy atmosphere and high quality. The blood pressure lowering effect of wood and also the reduction of radiation over 95% are proven and can be felt immediately as soon as you enter a ZINIPI.
