Today we want to share with you why and how we build our factory buildings. In Lihula, we build mainly small, year-round buildings in a production building. The reason for this is their mobility, as most of them can be prefabricated in the production building and then transported to the customer's desired site. It may also happen that the client wishes to move the house from one address to another at a later stage. This is also mostly possible. The largest house has been 50 square metres, which can be transported in one piece. At the same time, an infinite number of house modules can be joined/built later. We can do the electrical work, the plumbing, the interior finishing and even install the kitchen in the factory-built house before transport. This reduces the costs for the customer, for example, if a kitchen made in Tallinn has to be installed by someone from the other side of Estonia. The buildings will be built on a timber frame, insulated with insulating material to make them energy efficient and usable even on our colder winter days. We build both funky (flat-roofed) and more classical (pitched-roofed) buildings. If our lovely house buyers can't always make it to the factory, meetings can be held via Zoom and Skype calls, so we're mobile, social and modern.
